Marriage is a meaningful part of God’s design, but it can also be one of the most challenging relationships we experience. The Bible shows us that marriage is about more than romance, personal happiness, or what culture expects. It calls husbands and wives to a deep commitment, sacrificial love, faithfulness, forgiveness, wisdom, and a shared journey with Christ.

In the next six weeks, we will look at what the Bible says about Christian marriage. We’ll talk about its purpose, the foundation of the covenant, biblical love, the roles of husbands and wives, questions about same-sex marriage, and the hard topic of divorce. Some of these topics may be challenging, but our goal is not just to argue for a position. We want to understand Scripture well, apply God’s truth honestly, and treat each other with humility, wisdom, conviction, and Christlike grace.
