Ravioli Roundup

Hey SOS Radio Family! We have an incredible opportunity in front of us to provide physical nourishment to the homeless in our community. We get to show the love of Jesus in a tangible way! We're so excited to be partnering with The Lovewell Center to collect 10,000 cans of ravioli to provide instant nourishment to those in need. Their model in helping the homeless is unique and truly transformative. Read more below!

We will be collecting cans of ravioli at the following locations: 

1. SOS Radio | 2201 S. 6th St., Las Vegas, NV 89104
   • (Feel free to ship donations ordered online to the radio station!)
      
2. Hope Church Las Vegas | 850 E. Cactus Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89183
    
3. Hope Church Henderson | 1305 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy., Henderson, NV 89012
    
4. Hope Church Boulder City | 850 Avenue B, Boulder City, NV 89005

Collection happens from September 5th through September 23rd. There will be a special wrap-up collection day a local Vons grocery store on September 23rd. Read on for more details!

FINAL WRAP UP DAY EVENT DETAILS: 

The SOS Street Team will be at Vons in Henderson, on 45 E. Horizon Ridge Parkway, on Saturday, September 23rd from 9am - 3pm.  This will be your final opportunity to participate in the Ravioli Roundup and if you do decide to come say hello, you can enter to win a pair of tickets to see For King & Country when they're in the area this December! And by the way, there no ravioli donation required to stop by and enter to win!

Are other canned pasta's acceptable?

• YES! Canned beef & mac or canned spaghetti & meatballs are great!

The Lovewell Center gives rescue, relationships, resources and recovery to people experiencing homelessness and poverty through an empowering model that encourages earning and participation.

The Lovewell Center is a membership based resource center that gives members the opportunity to earn the physical resources they need by attending classes and programs designed to help them move out of poverty and homelessness and into a restored life. Earned credits can be used in The Lovewell stores: The Dresswell clothing store, The Smellwell showers and laundromat, The Eatwell food store and The Stylewell hair salon.
